New clarification added: Dear Sir / Madam,Referring the ITB/2020/16308, the expected time line to deliver the required units is 45 days where it was 90 days in the previous cancelled ITB/2020/15068.Our estimation for producing the units and transporting them to Ukraine will be around 35 days. However, our experiences with the Ukrainian customs are not very good and previously we faced problems. Sometimes it may take weeks to have the goods released from customs.If something like this happens will the UNOPS add the time spend at the customs to the contract or will the contractor be responsible from the lost time and will be subject to a penalty?Lookıng forward to your earlıest reply.Kind regards._________________________Dear Bidder,Thank you for your interest in this tender and for your inquiry.
