Security Screening X-Ray Machines for United Nations Headquarters in New York

The United Nations Security & Safety Service in New York requires the following goods and/or services: - Four Security Screening X-Ray Machines – 2 large size tunnels and 2 medium size tunnels- for its New York Headquarters. The machines must meet all industry safety standards and the tunnel sizes are not to exceed: 26” wide by 18” high (for 2 medium sizes) and 31” wide by 23” high (for 2 large sizes); - The x-ray machines shall provide means to inspect any belongings of any person entering the United Nations to ensure that no prohibited items e.g. weapon, sharp objects, explosives etc are being transported into the United Nations; - Minimum Steel Penetration of 35-37 mm; - The equipment shall be new and from the manufacturer’s latest product offering and incorporate the manufacturer’s newest technology and electronic design. The delivery term shall include supply and installation in less than 1 month from the time of the receipt of the purchase order; - The vendor shall provide on-site training, a warranty package and on-site maintenance (maximum within 48 hours) for the machine.
