Description

The objective of this RFP is to engage a consultant (or consortium) that will support the Gambia River Basin Developent Organization or OMVG (as a recipient of Development Financing from the Blue Peace Financing Programme) on three areas:

Lot 1. Main deliverable - Masterplan: To develop a modern, digital based, integrated masterplan and its first joint investment plan.

Lot 2. Sub-deliverable - Technical Assistance: To provide technical assistance support in the areas needed for OMVG to:

  • Bring its capacity to the level that will be able to deliver its services to the member states in an efficient way.
  • Be able to respond to the requirements of the new Masterplan.

 Lot 3. Sub-deliverable - Legal Review: To provide legal review of its existing institutional and legal frameworks. The work intends to improve the functioning of the OMVG organization and its ability to implement the new masterplan.
