Description
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Asset Allocation (AA) Study for the After Service Medical Coverage Scheme (ASMCS) Trust Fund Services.

The Financial Operations Department (FOD) is a dynamic business, strategic and responsive service provider fully supporting IFAD in managing its financial, investments, and material resources. As one of the component of FOD, the Treasury Services Division’s (TRE) mission is to support IFAD in its overall vision by providing specialized, high quality and cost-effective cash management and investment services and to assist IFAD Management in the administration of IFAD finances and in the implementation of financial decisions.

TRE requires an Asset Allocation (AA) Study for the After Service Medical Coverage Scheme (ASMCS) Trust Fund to be performed by an external financial advisor every three years. This is as per the requirements of the IFAD After-Service Medical Coverage Scheme Trust Fund Investment Policy Statement (ASMCS IPS) approved by the Thirty-eighth Session of the Governing Council.
