Description
The United Nations Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA) seeks to establish a support services contract (s) for all inclusive camp management services, operation, maintenance and construction services within the various camps in Abyei, Sudan, South Sudan and Uganda. Therefore, the mission seeks experienced contractor(s) to perform the tasks contained in this requirement based on fixed unit rates and on "an as needed basis" (Task Order based). The potential contract (s) shall encompass provision of goods, services, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower. The potential period of the contract shall be an initial period of 3 years with possible two one-year optional extensions (3+1+1 years) at the sole option of the UN. The services are categorized into three (3) groups as summarized below: 1. Category A services include ; cleaning, laundry, fumigation, pest control, ground maintennace including ground cleaning and gardening, water and wastewater collection, operations of water and waste water treatment plants, solid waste collection and operation of waste management yards. 2. Category B services include; facility (repair, routine maintenance and operation) works, engineering minor construction works, electrical (installations, maintenance and repair) works, generator (maintenance and repair) works, air conditioning (installation, maintenance and repair) works, plumbing (installation, maintenance and repair) works, material handling and warehousing, propoerty and inventory control, inspection, verification and tracking services, aviation ramp operations, Movement and Control (MOVCON) operations, transport maintenance and operations. 3. Category C services: provision of unarmed security guard services.
