Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for dedicated primary and secondary internet services for Honiara, Solomon Islands for the period of 5 years

BIDDING PROCESS IS OPEN ONLY FOR VENDORS ESTABLISHED IN SOLOMON ISLANDS. ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Please find attached the Terms of Reference with the specifications and the required forms to be fulfilled. The QUOTATION FORM (pages 2 to 4) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with the technical and financial offers. If the QUOTATION FORM (pages 2 to 4) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal, a Price Proposal, and the QUOTATION FORM fulfilled and signed should be emailed separately to PacificSupply@unicef.org and referenced as LIBS-2024- 9189323 before 17th April 2024, date at 23:59 as per below:

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
