New clarification added: Question:1-As far as you need possibility of preequipped motorcycle of bacon and flashing light , could you consider a police bike as proposal?2-the curb weight <= 280kg is it with the full fuel or dry?3-A small deviation on net weight of 15% is it acceptable?4-only one rider no pasenger is it acceptable?Response:1-Vehicle Type and Usage: The use of a "police-equipped" model (featuring beacons and sirens) is acceptable, provided the motorcycle is strictly a Trail / Off-road type and fully complies with all other technical requirements in the tender specifications.2-Weight Definition (Curb Weight): The maximum limit of 280 kg refers to the Curb Weight (Weight in running order). This means the vehicle is weighed with a full tank of fuel and all necessary fluids, but without passengers or additional cargo.3-Net Weight Tolerance: No deviations are permitted. A 15% variation in net weight is unacceptable. The evaluation is strictly based on the "lowest-priced technically compliant" (LPTC) offer.4-Seating Configuration: Even if intended for a single rider, the motorcycle must be a two-seater model (designed to accommodate both a driver and a passenger). Models that are strictly single-seat are not accepted.
