Supply and Delivery of three (3) new 4WD diesel hard top vehicles for the UNDP Sudan Field Projects Offices

UNDP Sudan invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of three (3) new 4WD diesel hard top vehicles to support programme implementation in Sudan. The required vehicles shall be Toyota Land Cruiser 76 Series Hard Top or equivalent, designed for operation in harsh terrain and high-temperature environments, and must fully comply with the specified technical requirements.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Supply of three (3) brand-new 4x4 diesel station wagon vehicles meeting the required specifications
  • Compliance with all technical requirements related to engine performance, safety features, durability, and off-road capability
  • Delivery of vehicles under DAP Port Sudan (INCOTERMS 2020)
  • Provision of complete documentation, including user manuals, service manuals, and warranty certificates
  • Minimum warranty coverage of three (3) years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first
  • Availability of authorized local service support, including initial inspection and maintenance services

The vehicles must be delivered within two (2) months from contract signature, fully operational and ready for use.
