Costed Implementation Plan for the NAP-ECEFMU (2026-2028)

Develop a costed implementation plan covering priority interventions under the mandates of the Inter-Agency Committee on Ending CEFMU, with specific focus on the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) as the co-leads.  Define detailed cost requirements, budget assumptions and financing needs to support the implementation of the NAP- ECEFMU. Apply a Public Finance for Children (PF4C) lens to assess fiscal space, equity of allocations, efficiency considerations, and sustainability of financing mechanisms at national and subnational levels.
