Supply and Delivery of Professional Grade GPS Units (with Satellite Communication) and High-Precision Compass-Clinometers for Burundi

UNOPS invites interested suppliers to submit a quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Handheld GPS devices and Professional Compass & Clinometers to Bujumbura, Burundi.Scope of Requirement: The requirement includes the supply and delivery of 24 Handheld GPS with Satellite Communication (Garmin Montana 700i or equivalent) and 18 Professional Compass & Clinometers (Suunto Tandem or equivalent), as detailed in the attached 'Schedule of Requirements', 'Technical Specifications', and 'Price Schedule'.Key Parameters:

• Delivery Terms: FCA or CPT Bujumbura, Burundi (Incoterms 2020).
• Mode of Transport (for CPT Bujumbura): AIR FREIGHT (Mandatory).
• Evaluation Method: Lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer. Partial quotations per item are allowed. UNOPS reserves the right to award the contract for all items to one supplier, or to split the award per item among several suppliers.
• Installation: Not Required (Supply Only).
• Voltage Requirement: All electrical equipment (e.g., GPS charging cables) must be compatible with 220V-240V (Burundi Standard).
