Description
1. The United Nations intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement/Contract for: i) the Provision of Grounds and Building Maintenance Services within UNMIK Premises (MHQ Pristina, Mitrovica Regional Office (MRO) including Municipal Offices, Peja Office and Repeater Sites) ii) the Contractor will be responsible for repairing, replacing and maintaining of HVAC, electrical, plumbing (water supply and sewage) systems, gardening, snow cleaning including all required materials (consumables), tools and supplies, specialized and other equipment and vehicles for the execution of the services in accordance with best commercial practice. 3. The duration of the intended Contract is for an initial period of one (1) year, and UNMIK may at its sole discretion extend it under the same terms and conditions for four (4) (1+1+1+1) successive year. a) United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration: Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. Companies registered at the basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to Level 1. (b) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone, physical location and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. (c) Vendors must be registered in UNGM in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement, and those not registered may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. The UNGM Identification Number obtained at the start of the registration process, must be provided to the Procurement officer at the time of submitting the EOI in the completed EOI Form.
