Please note the following - IMPORTANT: 1)The purpose of this tender is to invite Bids to establish Long Term Arrangement for supply of indoor cleaning kit and cleaning materials in Yemen for 2 years with a possibility of extension for 2 more year i.e. (2+1+1 years) subject to satisfactory performance and programme requirement. 3)Offers must be Submitted via the UNICEF e-submission portal accessible via www.ungm.org not later than 4 March 2024 at 18:00 Yemen Time. Special notes: 1) This tender is applicable only for local suppliers registered in Yemen. 2) All goods quoted must be authentic and genuine. Bidder must not supply any goods that are counterfeit, imitation, or otherwise non-genuine. In the event that any non-genuine goods are supplied, UNICEF shall have the right to reject such goods and seek appropriate remedies. 3) Commercial offer for cleaning kit should include only costs of (supplies, handling fee and packing) for all items of cleaning kit and transportation offer should be provided separately for cleaning kit over Yemen per district in annex D. 4)Commercial offer for cleaning materials is include two parts, one for the items cost without transportation and others will include the items cost including the transportation to Sana'a, Aden, Hodaida, Ibb and Sa'ada cities. 5) Bidders must have 3 years' experience in supplying cleaning materials field. Please note that previous contracts must be provided. (Successfully completed and delivered). Experience in working with UN and NGOs will be considered as an asset and site visit will be conducted to qualified vendors for inspection. 6)Audited financial statement for last 2 years must be provided. 7)Supplier must fill out the attached Annex B and C for the required information and submit it along with Annex D for the transportation cost for the list of destinations listed in the annex with considering that delivery will be to different locations within the district. 8)The completed and signed Bid Form must be submitted together with the Bid. The Bid Form must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Organization/Company 9)Quotation form must be completed, signed and returned to UNICEF and submitted with the soft excel sheet. 10)Valid trade license under Hygiene/cleaning category is mandatory and Zakat and tax ID/clearance must be provided with submitting documents. 11)A bid conference will be held on 13.02.2024 9:00 AM using virtual conference link page 7 of tender form.
