You are invited to submit a Bid for the above subject  for the World Health Organization, WHO, Department of Contracting and Procurement Services in accordance with the attached documents:

TIMELINE

1) Offers must be received or dispatched to WHO/AFRO Procurement and Supply Service at the address specified in section 3.9 Closing date for submission bids no later than 27th December 2924 at 23h 59 hours, (Brazzaville- GMT+1) time.

2) Annexes 3,4,5and 6 of : ITB/NCD/005/2024 attached must be signed

3) A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via In-tend at https://ungm.in-tend.co.uk/who (use subject: Bid Ref: ITB/NCD/005/2024 no later than five days before closing date.

The WHO/AFRO Procurement and Supply Service team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the ITB that it receives prior to the closing date of the proposal. A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the ITB. 

4) Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the Intention to Bid (ITB).
