This RFQ refers to the Supply, delivery and installation of a Computed Tomography Scanner the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The requirement consists of one (1) lot containing the following ten (10) items:
1) Computed tomography scan system- 1 unit ;
2) Automatic mobile contrast injector - 1 unit;
3) Thermal printer - 1 unit;
4) Automatic insufflator CO2 - 1 unit
5) Monitor for the control of vital functions - 1 unit;
6) Shielding protection - 1 set;
7) Negatoscope - 1 unit
8) Furniture - 1 set;
9) Online UPS for CT-scan machine - 1 unit;
10) Online UPS for Post-processing Workstation - 1 unit.

Could you please cancel your specific requirements and keep the specifications as stipulated in the initial version of Form F: Technical Quotation Form, namely line 1,2 and 3 under item #8 "Furniture"? Because for low-value item with small purchasing quantity, it is different to find a manufacturer to customize it into the required height, width and deepth. A10: Normally, manufacturers supply machine-specific desks which fit their control cabinets, workstation and monitors. To provide the needed flexibility, please find the updated requirements for the console desks that will be stipulated as follows in the amended Form D:Technical Quotation Form.Console Desk to accommodate the console station:1. Could you please clarify what the post-processing workstation is and what equipment is included in this workstation? A6: Post-processing workstation is a workstation installed in another room for the doctors to review and check the images. Equipment and post processing functions are covered under item #1 "CT-Scan system" in line J "Separate post processing workstation (in doctor's room)" and line K "Post processing functions, scan protocols and software packages" respectively.

New clarification added: Q5: Reference is made to Form D: Technical Quotation Form, Item #1: Computed Tomography Scan System, line 36 "Spatial resolution in Z axis at least 0.35 mm'. Spatial resolution is measured in line pairs per centimeter (lp/cm) , higher spatial resolution means greater number of line pairs per centimeter, additionally the minimum diameter of distinguishable contrast holes shall be smaller. Is smaller minimum diameter of distinguishable contrast holes considered? A4: Line # 36 of item #1 will be amended and shall read "Spatial resolution in Z axis no more than 0.35 mm". Amended Form D shall be uploaded in the "Documents" section of the eSourcing.

A2: The stipulated size is of 1 (one) image.
