Supply, delivery and installation of Miscellaneous Medical Equipment to Health Facilities in Uzbekistan

This RFQ refers to the supply, delivery and installation of Miscellaneous Medical Equipment to various hospitals across Uzbekistan. The requirement consists of the following 20 items: 

1. Laser photocoagulation system – 1 unit;
2. Video ophthalmoscope – 1 unit;
3. Non-mydriatic fundus camera – 1 unit;
4. Digital widefield retinal chamber, paediatric – 1 unit;
5. Specialised chemotherapy chair - 90 unts;
6. ENT workstation - 5 units;
7. Laser therapy system for ENT - 1 unit;
8. Heart lung machine - 1 unit;
9. Slit lamp - 2 units;
10. Ophthalmic workstation - 1 unit;
11. Semi-automated sealing machine - 1 unit;
12. Manual machine for sealing of aluminium caps - 3 units;
13. Lab animals vertical ventilation system;
14. Defibrillator Monitor - 1 unit;
15. Ventilator - 1 unit;
16. Oxygen concentrator - 1 unit;
17. Wheelchair - 1 unit;
18. Patient Monitor - 1 unit;
19. Functional bed, mechanical - 1 unit;
20. Electrocardiograph - 1 unit.

Note to Bidders:
Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more items identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each item. Evaluation will be done separately for each item. UNOPS reserves the right to vary the quantities of items or remove an item, and award multiple contracts for each item.
