Supply of 60 metal skip buckets for waste collection in communities of Monrovia, Liberia

New clarification added: Question 06: Given the logevity of trying to source a supplier for skips in Liberia and the difficulties faced, is it possible to receive an extension of the Tender submission date by 7-10 days? Anwer 06: UNOPS will not be able to extend the deadline any further due to project timelines and delivery requirements. The ITB was advertised for a period of more than 20 calendar days.

New clarification added: Question 01: With reference to the Supply of nine cubic meter skips the delivery schedule advises For Lot 1 - 20 skips by 4 weeks and for Lot 2 - 10 skips by week 3 to be ready for collection at designated collection point in Monrovis.Kindly advise the maximum time required for collection of each lot, so we can estimate how much time we have to stock the skips once they are ready for collection.Answer 01: The maximum time allowed for each scheduled delivery for the first set of skip buckets are as below;Lot 01 - First 20 buckets - Delivery within 4 weeks and pick up by UNOPS Cities Alliance within one week maximum from the date of inspection and approval of the buckets as per the Section II - Schedule of requirements. Lot 02 - First 10 buckets - Delivery within 3 weeks and pick up by UNOPS Cities Alliance within one week maximum from the date of inspection and approval of the buckets as per the Section II - Schedule of requirements.
