New clarification added: Hello, We are a startup, and the eligibility criteria says minimum of 3 years in business, is this a criteria which is mandatory or based on the work of the team can this be exempted,,? Kindly clarify. - Yes, this is mandatory for all bidders. If the bidder does not have the required years of experience, their quote will be disqualified.

New clarification added: Good DayDo you require three different people i.e Project Manager, Graphic designer and We bdeveloper. Please clarify - We don’t require 3 different people even though a team would be preferable to one individual.
