Delivery of Solar Power Backup Equipment to Pakistan

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization hereby invites your company to submit a Quotation for the delivery of the goods specified in the attached Annex A.

If your company is interested in undertaking this assignment under contract with ITC, please promptly read the attached documents:

1. Excel document Annex A with the material specification.
2. pdf document Annex B UN Conditions of Contract : please read carefully, sign it as acceptance and add it to your submission (mandatory).

And submit your quotation with special duty-free price for the United Nations to Procurement Services in Geneva by e-mail to akponton@intracen.org, latest by Monday 27 May April 2024 before midnight Geneva Time. Your submission must include:

1. The excel document Annex A fully completed with the unit price and the total price in USD and the delivery lead-time to the indicated destinations. All prices must be all inclusive without any VAT or duty. You may indicate a different currency; in that case, please note that for comparison purposes of the offers, the ITC will convert to USD using the United Nations exchange rates.
2. The complete specification of the listed material you are offering (+ pictures if applicable).
3. pdf document Annex B signed.
4. All the necessary proof and supporting documentation.

Kindly note that we will only consider complete and full offers (Annex A completed with all requested information + specifications) from vendors that have clearly stated their acceptance of the UN GCC as specifically mentioned in the first page (part C) of the attached Cover Letter.
