Special notes: 1) This tender is applicable only for local suppliers registered in Yemen. 2) It is important that you read all the provisions of invitation to bid to ensure that you understand and comply with the UNICEF’s requirement. Note that failure to submit compliant offer will result in invalidation of your offer. All goods quoted must be authentic and genuine as agreed. Bidder must not supply any goods that are counterfeit, imitation, not accurate sizes or types as offered. or otherwise, non-genuine. In the event that any non-genuine goods are supplied, UNICEF shall have the right to reject such goods and seek appropriate remedies. 3)Commercial offer for printing is include two lots, one for the paper printing annex B and another for the visibility annex C. 4) Bidders must have the full capacity for mass production printing with ability to deliver the printings to any location in Yemen upon request. 60 Site visit will be conducted for verification processes. 5) Bidders must have 2 years' experience in printing service. Please note that previous contracts must be provided (Successfully completed and delivered) and conformity of this criteria is subject to the performance evaluation from parties that receive printing services. Experience in working with UN and NGOs will be considered as an asset. 6) It is required to provide Audited financial statement for last 2 years 2022 and 2023. 7)Supplier must fill out and sign the attached Annex B and C for the required information and submit it along excel sheet. 8)The completed and signed Bid Form must be submitted together with the Bid. The Bid Form must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Organization/Company 9)Quotation form must be completed, signed, and returned to UNICEF and submitted with the soft excel sheet. The Quotations must be made in accordance with the instructions contained in this Request. 10)Valid trade license under printing category along with license from ministry of culture are mandatory. A valid zakat and, tax ID/clearance must be provided with submitting documents. 11)Bid conference.
