New clarification added: QUESTIONHence it is requested that the timelines for the assignment "Enhancing hydro energy storage viability de-risking pump storage hydro project development" be increased by 3 weeks at least i.e. till 26.02.2024 so that we can respond appropriately.ANSWERWe have prolonged the tender deadline twice, so the deadline remains set for February 12, 2024, at 17:00 Manila Time.

New clarification added: QUESTION : We, Tata Consulting Engineers Limited would like to participate in this bidding process and wish to know if any report available for Queries during pre-bid meeting held in past. Since, we have onboarded now, we would like to go through the same for more clarifications.ANSWER We didn't conduct a pre-bid meeting due to a lack of participants, hence there is no report available. Please submit your inquiries through this portal instead.
