Description
The United Nations (UN), Department of Operational Support is looking for information from potenatial qualified suppliers/manufacturers on providing a Service solutions to provide a range of medical imaging/radiology equipment that can support telemedicine solutions to the UN deployment locations globally. The requirement includes: 1. Fixed/stationary digital x-ray 2. Mobile digital x-ray 3. Portable digital x-ray 4. 2D Ultrasound 5. 3D Ultrasound 6. FAST (Focused Assessment with Sonography in Trauma) handheld 2D Ultrasound 7. CT scanner “mobile” for field use 8. Technical support and maintenance (including spare parts, accessories and equipment specific consumables), user and technical training,.etc. It would be preferred if telemedicine component is also included. Additionally, items should be dully certified with relevant valid ISO/CE and/or additional internationally accepted certificates of good manufacturing practices. Offers which support a circular economy concept (for example return and replace the equipment with new technology if/when available) will be highly considered. It would also be appreciated if protective equipment (protection screens, aprons etc) and x-ray viewing screens are included in the offer, noting that this is not a mandatory part of the requirement. The UN would like to know the following information: 1. Background information of your company, brochure of the company, if any. Contact information. 2.List of imaging equipment offered (focus on highly mobile/portable solutions) 3. Potential telemedicine/AI solutions available with the equipment 4. Ability to facilitate online Maintenance/Service/Training 5. Leasing options/take back/replace with upgraded models – sustainability solutions offered 6. Ability/network/structure, to provide global 24/7 technical support 7. What are the requirements to transfer data to the UN ERP (EarthMed) 8. Delivery timelines if a PO is issued 9. VMI capability offered (1 or 2 pieces of each equipment) 10. Ability to provide/collect utilization data and technical incidents reports (days off operation) 11. Any other information/innovative solutions available, that invitees may consider important in relation to the UN operations which are primarily conducted in remote/austere environment in order to enhance the level of medical care provided on the ground. 12.
