Procurement of Ventilators to Ministry of Health - Damascus

This is to kindly invite you to participate in the LITB No. 9184754 for “Procurement of Ventilators to MOH - Damascus”. This LITB is issued by UNICEF-Syria Country Office, where:
- LITB Closure Date: September the 02nd, 2023 at 23.59 hrs. [Syria Time]. Bids sent after the deadline will not be considered.
- Page 3-5 (BID FORM) of the tender document should be signed, stamped and presented along with the technical bid.
- Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of attached LITB document.
- All bids shall be submitted in EURO or USD for international companies, the national companies can submit their bids in (USD) or Syrian Pounds (SYP), the Contract will be issued in the same currency of the bid.
- The payment will be processed in (USD or EURO) for international companies, while UNICEF will process the payments’ value in Syrian Pounds (SYP) as per the United Nations Exchange Rate on the date of payment process for national companies in case the bid was in USD.
- Financial bids comparison will be made through converting bids into one currency based on United Nations Exchange Rate.

- The attached Declaration Form should be stamped, signed and submitted in the sealed proposal.
- UNICEF, and at its own discretion, may consolidate replies and send that in one document to all bidders.
- Samples are not required, a cleared photos and catalogues are enough.
- Delivery time must be mentioned clearly.

Bidders opted to send bids via secured email syria_supply@unicef.org must sent bids in two separate emails: one email for the technical bid and other email for the financial bid.

- Email for price bids:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LITB number- name of your company- price bid.
Bids sent in another manner will be invalid.
- Bidders must indicate the validity period of their bid. Bids should be valid for a period of not less than One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the LITB deadline.
