EXTENDED - Call for partnerships: Implementation of School Improvement Plans in 10 earthquake-affected schools in Aleppo, Syria
EXTENDED DEADLINE - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites not-for-profit international education partners registered in Syria to submit proposals to provide safe and inclusive spaces for learning in formal education to 10 schools affected by the February 2023 earthquake in the governorate of Aleppo, Syria), and to support teachers and school personnel in providing quality education to vulnerable crisis-affected students.
Main objectives:
- Assist schools to develop and implement a School Improvement Plan adapted to their specific situations and challenges.
- Support teachers and school personnel in getting the needed skills to implement the School Improvement Plan.
- Manage and monitor the use of an average lump sum varying beween USD 10,000 and USD 12,000 per school to do light rehabilitation and implement the activities foreseen as part of the School Improvement Plan.
