The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the maintenance and support of the evolving Prequalification online portal (URL: htts://extranet.who.int/pqweb) and to build on the achievements of its unified online portal for its various product streams.
