Provision of Technical support in Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) Monitoring and Evaluation to the Collective Service.
UNICEF is seeking an experienced service provider to provide RCCE M&E support for Collective Service partners at global, regional, national and local levels, from August 2022 to February 2023.
The service provider will work with the Collective Service leading agencies (UNICEF, WHO, IFRC), partners of the Collective Service, and actors at the regional and national level such as UN agencies, national government authorities, local governments, Red Cross Red Crescent, NGO and community-based organizations to support their M&E needs, as per support requests made to the Collective Service.
In this case, the service provider will provide support to the Collective Service partner organizations across the range of M&E activities; including but not limited to developing theories of change, adapting results frameworks, supporting data collection processes, supporting the design of M&E tools, conducting data analysis and using data analysis for programmatic decision-making.
Each support case will be defined in collaboration with the Collective Service Data for Action team. The support case will be defined within specific parameters for each request. The service provider will also provide support to the Collective Service Secretariat on its M&E requests.
