Partnership agreements: By Partnerships, LiD means at least two equal partners. One main partner and sub grantees are not considered a partnership.
Applicants must submit along with their proposal a detailed explanation of how the partnership will function.
If the project is selected, both partners, together with UNOPS, will sign an overarching partnership agreement to which will be annexed the detailed conditions of the partnership as submitted along with the project proposal.
In Addition to the partnership agreement, each partner individually will sign a support agreement with UNOPS (to which a budget will be attached).

Clarification on partnerships: The partnership must be between a minimum of two entities and at least one of the two entities must be a local NGO/authority/private sector.
For example:
1 international NGO/organization with one national CSO/NGO/private sector entity or national/local authority.
OR
2 local/national NGO/CSO/private sector/authority
The partnership can of course be of more than two entities but always with a minimum of one local/national entity
