Deployment of Microsoft 365 for Education for UNRWA Education Programme

UNRWA is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to:

• Provide Microsoft 365 for Education implementation services based on global best practice. The general scope
of the project will include the setup and the configuration of Microsoft 365 for education for approximate 540,000
students and approximate 22,000 teachers, and pilot implementation in West Bank Field (approximate 50,000
students and teachers). The provided services should include the following:
- An implementation plan which should include (risks assessment, setting up tenants, domain, accounts,
remote technical training, technical guidance for API integration with EMIS, remote TOT education
training, security & privacy policy, optimized & sustainable operations policy, analytics, etc)
- Creation of technical documentation.
- Creation of a pilot process, with the UNRWA staff shadowing the bidder and the technical documentation
of the pilot phase.
- Technical capacity building and remote training for technical staff (15 staff)
- Providing remote cluster-based training for education based on TOT (20 staff)
