The World Meteorological Organization, hereinafter referred to as WMO hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for "Consultancy services to conduct a feasibility study to identify equipment, resources, institutional arrangements and other needed items and their related costs to set up and sustain a radio service in and for Tokelau" in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
