Evaluation of the Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Programme
The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals with a legal entity to submit proposals to conduct the Evaluation of the Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Programme.
The evaluation intends to assess the positioning and implementation of the MOST programme over the last two biennia (2020-2021) and (2022-2023). It will explore how MOST has been evolving and provide recommendations on the future of MOST within the framework of the new Comprehensive Strategy for the MOST Programme 2022-2029. The evaluation will contribute to the objective of the SHS Sector to increase the focus of the Programme by setting thematic priorities and adopting innovative approaches in light of global challenges.
The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between January and June 2024. It is mandatory that none of the evaluators of a bidding team have been previously involved in the implementation of the activities under review.

Examples:
Organizational policy on disability inclusion, recruiting people with disabilities, accessible premises, disability-inclusive supply chains, and manufacturing accessible products.
