Consultancy to review the Law on Persons with Disabilities in Viet Nam

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an Institution or Individual Consultant with relevant qualifications, competencies and skills in law-making, human rights, and disability rights with an understanding of the situation of persons and children in Viet Nam to formulate evidence-based recommendations for the Government of Viet Nam to amend the Law on Persons with Disabilities.
