New amendment added #1: Amendment 01: Revision of the date of the Deadline, Deadline for clarifications, upload of RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements and upload of RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms. The relevant Contract provisions indicated below are amended to read as follows; Deadline under General section:2021-09-21, 10:30 UTC (4:00 PM Sri Lanka time) Clarifications under General section:2021-09-19, 10:30 UTC (4:00 PM Sri Lanka time) Replased 02 docuements under Documents section:1. Replace the file “ RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements“ with " RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements_Revision 1 ” under documents.2. Replace the file “ RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms“ with " RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Revision 1 ” under documents.

New clarification added: Q1. Is the towers ready on the sites or it will be installed in top of building ?A1: As indicated in Item 14 of the tender document (14. Should be supplied with J-mount antenna bracket for installation) the availability of a tower does not arise as the J-mount antenna bracket is affixed to the outside wall of the building. The higher the location of the antenna will improve reception of AIS signals.
