Description

The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) invites you to submit a proposal for the implementation of blockchain based self-sovereign identity (SSI) solutions.

The RFP consists of the following annexes:

Annex I – Terms of Reference (for more details)

Annex II - Financial summary (to complete)

Annex III – UNICC General Conditions (to acknowledge and accept)

Annex IV – Self Declaration Form (to be signed)

Annex V - RFP Question Template (to complete if you have any questions related to the RFP)

Any contract that will be issued as a result of this RFP shall be subject to the UNICC General Conditions. Therefore, if you are interested in responding to the RFP, please confirm by return email your acceptance of UNICC General Conditions to procurement@unicc.org, with Reference Number UNICC RFP-2021-007 PR-000550 and the name of your company in your email subject.

Any questions concerning the RFP must be addressed in one email only (i.e., bidders can only submit one set of questions one time) using the Annex III - Question-Answer excel summary to procurement@unicc.org no later than COB Thursday, 10 June 2021.

Please submit two separate proposals for the technical and financial responses in one email to procurement@unicc.org by the latest COB Tuesday, 22 June 2021 and again, the email subject must mention Reference Number UNICC RFP-2021-007 PR-000550 with the name of your company.

Replies must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements and time frames given in the RFP in order to be considered for further technical and financial assessments.
